The Spike Surplus Scheme, based at 39b Consort Road, Peckham, is a community creative centre on the site of the notorious old poorhouse. The Scheme is having an open day on Sunday 15 June to showcase its activities. Local bands rehearse and record onsite, there is a well-being clinic and a community garden.
